Index Moxley
Barberry acquired this 13 acre site located alongside the Black Country new road regeneration corridor from the Black Country Development Corporation in order to carry out a 225,000 sq. ft. (20,900 sq. m) high bay warehouse development. The property was let to leading high street retailer Index (the catalogue shop) to provide a £20million state of the art warehousing and distribution centre. The facility provides employment for approximately 400 people and has been a major boost to the local economy. The investment was subsequently sold to Royal London Pension Fund.
