Juniper Basildon
The former Gordon’s Gin distillery in Basildon was acquired in a joint venture with Land Securities. The 20 acre site comprised approximately 250,000 sq. ft.(23,225 sq. m) of high bay warehousing together with a 45,000 sq. ft. (4,180 sq. m) air-conditioned office building, this accommodation was refurbished. A speculative 120,000 sq. ft. (11,148 sq. m) warehouse development was undertaken on part of the site. Major lettings were achieved to TNT, Ford, MSX and Schenker.
