Vale Park II, Evesham
Barberry promoted Vale Park II, which extends to some 40 acres net developable, through the planning system. In 2006, outlining planning consent was granted for around 850,000 sq. ft (78,970 sq. m) of office, industrial and warehouse accommodation. In 2007, Barberry sold the site to LaSalle Investment Management and Stoford.
