Barberry acquired approximately 2.5 acres on the Centrum 100 Business Park and speculatively constructed a 30,000 sq. ft. (2,785 sq. m) office scheme arranged in two buildings with individual units ranging in size from 1,620 sq. ft. (150 sq. m) to 4,420 sq. ft. (410 sq. m). Fronting Parkway, the main arterial route through the park, the buildings include comfort cooling, suspended ceilings, LG3 compliant lighting, 3 compartment trunking and 2×8 person passenger lifts. The two storey office buildings appealed to both investors and occupiers and lettings were achieved to Sanguin International Limited, Healthcare at Home, CHH Recruitment, and Datacare Software Limited with sales to local investors and a dentist.
