The Eagle Court development comprises 3 buildings providing a total of approximately 165,000 sq. ft. (15,330 sq. m) of category A office space, speculatively developed in a joint venture with Morley. The site was acquired from Birmingham City Council with the first building being completed in August 1999. Located immediately adjacent to Birmingham International Airport and the NEC, two of the buildings are let to Lloyds TSB Autolease and Sendo.
