Bapro Works, Bromsgrove
Barberry are progressing a detailed planning application for a change of use for this 4.2 acre site in order to carry out a retail warehouse development of up to 40,000 sq. ft. (3,715 sq.m). The site occupies a prominent position on Bromsgrove’s ring road (A38) and considerable interest is being shown in the site from the retail market. It is our intention to carry out the development on receipt of planning consent.
