Barberry undertook a redevelopment of a former steel works on the site to provide a 95,000 sq. ft. (8,825 sq. m) food store which was sold to Asda along with 32,000 sq. ft. (2,973 sq. m) of non-food retail space, fast food units and a petrol filling station. Occupiers include JJB Sports, Boots, Pound Stretcher and KFC.
