Phoenix Retail Park, Swansea – this first generation retail warehouse park was acquired from Threadneedle in July 2008. The park benefits from an open A1 planning consent and is situated on Swansea’s Enterprise Park which lies to the north of the city centre with excellent access to junctions 44/45 of the M4. The area is already an established retail destination with nearby retailers including Tesco Extra, Farmfoods, Allied Carpets, MFI, PC World, Focus and Comet.
The retail park currently comprises 65,000sqft of retail accommodation in five units with existing tenants including Halfords and Carpetright.
