Refurbished Supermarkets

When supermarket chain Somerfield purchased the Kwik Save brand, they were eager to undergo some rationalization of their property portfolio. Barberry therefore agreed to acquire four of their properties, each with potential to adapt for other retailers and uses.

By investing financially and with imagination in the potential of the sites Barberry has attracted high calibre tenants and transformed derelict sites into quality retail offerings which have also generated significant job opportunities for their local communities.
