Victoria House, Birmingham
Located in Corporation Street, in the heart of Birmingham’s prime retail area, Victoria House comprised a new development to provide a 7 storey mixed use scheme with retail at ground floor and residential apartments above. The project was developed in conjunction with Trident Housing Association and funded by NFU Mutual with the retail accommodation being let to Superdrug. The residential apartments represented some of the first to be developed in Birmingham City Centre.
