Barberry Developments has announced the appointment of experienced property consultant Jonathan Robinson as director.
Jonathan joins Barberry with over 15 years experience working in the West Midlands property market, most recently for DTZ in Birmingham, which has since merged with Cushman & Wakefield.
He has been tasked with helping to grow Barberry’s industrial and logistics, office and retail operations across the Midlands and further afield.
He will focus on new opportunities involving joint ventures with land owners and funds, occupier transactions involving built to suit pre-lettings and pre-sales and asset management opportunities.
A well known figure in the agency market, Jonathan was previous chairman of the West Midlands Industrial Agents Society and has worked for a variety of high-profile clients including Aviva Investors, KPMG, Standard Life Investments, and Aston Martin.

In his time with DTZ / Cushman & Wakefield Jonathan specialised in the industrial and logistics sector advising landowners, occupiers, funds, developers and property companies within the Midlands.
