Barberry are delighted to have completed three further retail lettings during the challenging pandemic period.
Three businesses have committed to commercial units within Barberry’s value-add portfolio. Lettings have been agreed with Amplifon Hearing UK, Midlands Air Ambulance and Healthy Pet Store Ltd.
Amplifon renewed their lease for a further 10-years on the existing retail unit on the High Street in Leicester. Amplifon are the global leader in the hearing care retail market, employing 17,000 people worldwide and operating in 28 countries and 5 continents.
Midlands Air Ambulance have also renewed their lease on a retail unit in Rugeley, Staffordshire, for a further 6 years. This demonstrates the charities commitment to the unit which provides revenue to fund the lifesaving work that the Air Ambulance undertake.
In Totton, Southampton a thriving Pet Store have moved into new premise after outgrowing their previous retail unit nearby. Barberry undertook significant work to the property, including installing a new shop front and converting the space into a fully fitted two storey retail unit. The 15-year lease completed to Healthy Pet Store, assisting in the expansion of its growing online and in-store operation.
