Barberry have acquired part of the former Tucker Fasteners site; the brownfield site equates to 2.5 acres with extensive frontage onto the A34 Walsall Road to the north of Birmingham City Centre. The site well located and is circa 6 minutes’ drive from junction 6 and junction 7 of the M6. We have submitted a detailed planning application to build a new speculatively built warehouse of 46,000 sq ft. The building will have fully fitted 1st floor offices and a secured loading yard with both dock and level access loading.
