One Colmore Row is located in the heart of Birmingham’s commercial centre. The building provides 44,400 sq. ft. (4,125 sq. m) of air conditioned office accommodation arranged on ground and 9 upper floors. Following Ernst & Young’s vacation of the building, a comprehensive refurbishment was undertaken (including re-modelling the public square in front of the building to provide a new entrance to the offices and Snow Hill Station). Once fully let the building was subsequently sold to Ballymore Group to be incorporated within their Snow Hill scheme.
