Acquisition of a vacant 23,000 sq. ft office building in 2012. A variation of planning conditions and section 106 requirements for affordable housing were agreed. A main contractor was appointed to convert the building into luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments; including professionally designed kitchens and bathrooms and high-quality appliances and fittings. The Government Help to Buy initiative was launched during construction which acted as a catalyst to the residential market. The majority of apartments were sold off plan.
