Barberry acquired this attractive 23,000 sq ft building in 2012, previously used as offices, to convert to 27 luxury one and two bedroom apartments. After negotiation with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council Barberry signed a Section 106 in September 2012 removing the requirement for affordable housing at the scheme.
The spacious apartments all feature professionally designed kitchens and bathrooms with high quality appliances and fittings. The specification has been designed with an eye to sustainability with ‘A rated’ condensing boilers and appliances throughout and high quality double glazed windows. Construction commenced in October 2012 and completed in summer 2013.
Sales at Rocksborough House were very successful with all 27 units sold within 9 months of release.
